      1. Built with scale in mind and developer friendly. 2. Family and Health comes first. Upper management believe in culture and preserving values at all cost. 3. Developers dictates timelines. No pressure from Operations or business side. 4. Yearly meet ups and monthly family benefits. 5. Open culture creates environment of security and growth. Such culture motivates all to work together and achieve higher goals.

      Cons

      Due to rapid growth and expansion ownership and team structure taking little time and little unclear. I am not much worried about this as it's part of any growing startup.
