Pay, some of the people I worked with were great.

Cons

He said she say, leadership makes up their own rules, company uses you for these "stretch projects" and then hires someone else for the position you have been doing as a project.

I have been working at Formativ Health here in Jacksonville for the past 9 months and it has been great. They pay is competitive, benefits are great and PTO is great! We get paid lunch breaks and we always have fun activities going on. They even have a FUN committee!! We get to decorate for different holidays and events and everyday is something new and fun. It is very rewarding to be helping patients daily as well. This is the first job I have had in a long time where I actually enjoy coming to work.

Pros

What a great job! Beautiful office. Hours 8-6. NO weekends, nights or holidays. Great pay. Lots of folks have been promoted recently. 30 minute paid lunches. Senior leadership cares what you think. Best call center in town.

Cons

Some employees who have bad attitudes need to be fired. However, most folks here are really nice.
