Good conversation starter saying you work at F1 but that's it

Cons

the most toxic work environment I have ever experienced. leader has bad case of napoleon syndrome , seniors are backstabbers who hog what little dull work there is, and facetime culture where you have to try to look busy out of fear. no flexibility for fitting life around work. treated like a criminal for going to medical appointments or leaving at your contractual time. i have warned everyone who is tempted by the never ending job postings to stay well away.

Cons

Archaic mays of working. Huge amount of politics. Teams are full of lifers or young 20 year olds who need training. Freelances are good.
