Pros

Some of the team members are a delight to work with. The work environment encourages one to experiment and explore one's skill sets. The team coherence is good by itself and hiring people of the same age group enables team members to gel well automatically. I quite liked the policy of giving freedom to the employees and making them aware of the responsibility that it comes with (Unfortunately this is fast disappearing now.) Prejudice is minimal.

Cons

The policies are ill defined and the management seems to take advantage of that. The employees have been given a false sense of freedom which is restrained whenever the management feels the need to exercise some power. Employee rights are portrayed as company's magnanimity which is the saddest part.The attrition rate has exponentially gone high in the past one year and the existing employees are witness to the unprofessional ways by which every employee is shown the exit doors. As long as you are an employee its all good, the moment you decide to leave get ready to face some bad weather at work! This needs to change.The sooner the better.

Used to be Good timing Very pure and mondane manual testing Testing samething 1000 times

You cannot raise your for the wrong issues Even pizzas will be ordered by director as per his choice, you cannot even ask for change You don't need to work just be a pet of director to be LEAD You need to show off that you are good at communication and keep informing director what's all happening in the team and who is saying what Anonymous surveys don't end up as anonyus srvery you will be penalised for the results. Your leads will be knowing in and out about their feedback you gave to director Husband and wife are director so u cannot expect great growth

Cons

Management in India is a big con and so very very high attrition rate. No work satisfaction, nothing you would learn in terms on technology/career oriented skills even if you stay there for 10 years
