      Hybrid work 2 days from office

      Cons

      Unrealistic goals and micromanagement. Leaders put pressure and they don't listen. lot of partiality between teams and biasing demotivates the employees. No career growth, Not a good place to work, Psychological saftey is not there

      A handful of good colleagues trying to stay motivated Advice to New Joiners Think carefully before joining. If you do, aim for the Platform team — it's the only one receiving consistent support and royal benefits.

      Cons

      A toxic level of favoritism: one team is treated exceptionally well while others are ignored and undervalued. Platform team is the only one given real support and recognition always No appreciation for hard work — less hikes and no promotions even employee consistently perform well Senior employees are demoted just to satisfy upper management No learning opportunities or exposure to new technologies — professional growth is stalled Sweden management is helpless, while decisions are dominated by a single controlling figure in offshore office. Ever since the Forterro acquisition, there’s been nothing but chaos, reorgs, and instability
