Fortimize is a great place to work with a small but talented team of people who truly care about each other and our clients. For a fully remote company, we have a great and positive culture and respect for people's work/life balance. The company has gone through many changes in my time here, but has been constantly trying to improve.

Cons

There has been a lot of change over the years; though this seems normal for the industry and a company of our size.

I continue to be impressed by the leadership and culture here. Leaders are approachable, transparent, and sincerely invested in both client success and team growth. There’s a strong sense of collaboration across teams — people step up to help each other and truly care about delivering value to clients, not just completing projects. There is pride in doing things the right way, and the leadership models that in how they communicate and make decisions.

Cons

Like many firms in the consulting space, there are natural ebbs and flows in project demand and pipeline, but leadership is transparent about business priorities and works hard to keep teams engaged and supported during both busy and slower periods.
