Poorly run company with frequent management changes and poor communication from upper management to lower level employees. The company motto is “Fortis One” and upper management definitely is focused on one thing and it’s not quality, it’s not customer service, and it’s definitely not employee morale. The one thing they do focus on is profit and growth. Employees feel like they are just a number, Pay is below industry standard for most positions and pay raises average 3% annually. Production employees frequently work 7 days a week. Customer satisfaction is low

This place is ran by the typical PE group. The only thing that matters is their paycheck. The HR/payroll will screw the employee over then leave tell them it i their fault. As soon as another jobs comes up I'm running. Worst mistake of my life was signing the offer letter. They are cutting entire departments. The only way you can grow within this company full blind obedience and being married to the company. The work life balance does not exists for the normal employee.
