      Pros

      turnkey project company suitable for contractors, has a stable base of loyal customers, some repeat work.

      Cons

      very small core engg team, confusing time & status reporting, poor to non-existent mgmt practices, severely under-resourced, reluctant to adopt new tools, techniques and processes

      Brief, chaotic, with little direction and a lack of coherent planning. Was let go within 3 weeks!

      Pros

      Lots of autonomy, little micromanaging (except for mandatory daily AND weekly task logs which are very time consuming and far to granular to give any reasonable insight).

      Cons

      Little to no training material for new employees (more or less left to fend for yourself). In addition, there is a lack of clearly defined objectives and management strategies; which tends to leave new employees bewildered and confused about what needs to get done.

      Friendly staff, no micromanagement, lots of autonomy

      Cons

      Training wasn’t really organized and all over the place. There were times where I wasn’t doing anything at all.
