Pros
Management cares about employees personally. While not perfect they try to respond to employee feedback. Smart people who work hard. Growth of the company has created some opportunities for upward progression. Work from home 4 days a week.
Cons
Being a company with a flat org structure, there are not established paths for upward progression, so you have to chart your own way a bit, working with HR and your manager to figure out skills and career progression internally. Diverse group at the associate and management level, not as diverse at the advisor level.
