      Pros

      Gives opportunity to learn things, thats it. But this will last only for few months.

      Cons

      Talking about Indian team based at Gurgaon, extremely hypocritical environment. From recruitment to salary to opportunities, you can see hypocrisy, favoritism, oligopoly working all around live in action. Management is filled with mediocre (coming from way below tier 3 colleges) yet egoistic people as a result talent doesn't stay here for long. They say we welcome dissent but then they will teach you a lesson by not giving you opportunity to grow or downgrade your rating. Though pay package would be barely matching with industry standards but in-hand would be way below one could expect. They'll add stupid benefit which by means you'll realize only 10-20% of the face value of the benefit written on the offer letter. And mind it HR has no role in employee policy its all in hands of few assistant managers who decide everything. Global tag but local "Lala" mindset.

      NONE AT ALL! I wouldn't even give 1 rating to this company. My entire team resigned! It's so pathetic!

      Cons

      The company does not have an office (did not have money to pay office lease), does not pay salaries if they do it usually comes 2-3 weeks late and in small amounts, or does not come at all. Similarly, they do not pay the full and final settlement after resigning, my colleagues haven't got theirs after more than a year. They usually hire under the false pretext or a huge client, later say that the client did not fall through, happened with all of my team members and me. The company is a complete fraud! And all these issues persisted way before the COVID pandemic even started!!

      Mazars Project Finance Gurgaon Team - Worst place to work

      Pros

      You will get a chance to visit their London office, after six months of joining (in case you are working with their Project Finance Team in Gurgaon).

      Cons

      - Mazars Project Finance Team in Gurgaon is led by a single person who shows extreme favoritism towards females. - A very high level of politics is involved and only 3 members of the team have control on everything (one manager and other two female employees). - Eventually you start getting a feel of being taken for granted. - Zero transparency.

      "We are sorry that our former employee clearly did not have a good experience of working in our Project Finance team when we were first starting up our office in Gurgaon four years ago, and that they felt the need to write this review. However, we are confident that this is not the common experience of team members; since 2011 the team has grown and developed significantly from a team of five to a team of 18, with only three leavers with one expressing interest to re-join the team. The team is now located in a brand new purpose-built office, has much closer links to our London-based team, and delivers fantastic quality and variety of work with high profile clients. If the reviewer wants to visit the team in our new office, he would be very welcome, and if readers of this review would like to speak with current members of the team about their experiences we would happily facilitate this."
