Pros
This is an innovative fund looking to do new things, which is rare for VCs. There is lots of experimentation. Implementing best practice and learning from mistakes is important too.
Cons
It is a more complicated business than other VCs If you don't fit the culture of experimentation, learning and feedback you probably won't like it

I joined the business recently and a few things really stood out: - People are great. Really talented, passionate and helpful - The company is driven by its purpose, mission, and vision and you can see clear action of them working towards them Vs talking about it - Wonderful culture. From the company driven initiatives to the homegrown stuff that everyone invests their time in to make it a fun place to work and allow you to succeed
