Hostile work environment, steer clear. Even Dell is better.
Pros
Got paid on time Free soda and coffee Employee appreciation lunches were fun when they happened, management says they're going to bring them back but it's been years since the last one. Lots of opportunity to learn in a dynamic and fast paced environment. There will be lots, and LOTS of opportunity for going above and beyond. Great experience for new techs looking to bolster their resumes.
Cons
Pay is subpar compared to industry standards, even in a state known for it's low cost of living. Work-life balance is a joke as you will be asked to take on extra roles, not just responsibilities, with no additional pay. Literally everybody was doing two-three different jobs when I left. Adhering to policy and procedures is a joke as the procedures that are constantly being overlooked are only 4 years old, at most. Leadership will openly gossip about employees that aren't present during team meetings. This led to multiple interpersonal conflicts, excessive pettiness. The infighting got so bad that unfortunately customers were adversely affected due to "not my job" attitudes on many, many occasions. Management turned a blind eye to multiple HR violations, even the ones that were discussed directly with HR. (HR and management were closely related until HR was dismissed in '22) Extreme lack of direction; leadership is absent and cannot articulate clear expectations when it comes to complex duties and when asked for clarification multiple times, they will become frustrated or outright abusive. The culture here just sucks, no two ways to put it.
