No pros here this is not even the company no benefit provided by them except excuses.

unlimited cons whatever you don't want in your carrier you will get all those here and you will not find much review for this company as they change the name from hashchain fintech llp to forward ai. 1- Super micro management . 2- You have to give justification where you have spend your time for every single minute. 3- They think they are giving salary so they own people very rude way to handle people , They Expect you will work 7.30 hr every day in 8 hr working day and the task is assign to you as per this mentality now you can imagine the level of micro thinking they have and in the end defiantly you will not able to finish your task because defiantly who is gonna work 7.30 every day then what they say if you think they will support you and reduce some work load NO you are wrong they said work overtime work on weekend this is the rule you should and have to finish this so at the you will be stuck. 4- please don't join this company you will get many other organisation you will get tensed here if you start working here and eventually end up with depression because they disturb your mind everyday they don't have any employee left all have left just some 2,3 old one who don't know anything but show they r woking only those camche in other word 5- No learning just copy paste work is left here so even you don't have any job keep on looking take some time give some interview join other if you join here it will be the same because you will be relax for some time that u got the job but when you face there micro management you will regret your decision .

Thanks for taking the time to review ForwardAI. I followed up with our leadership team to discuss some of the issues you raised in your review in accordance with our corporate responsibility goals. As a young company with a small but rapidly growing staff, we take all feedback from past and present team members seriously. As a small team, we were confused during our discussion as no Software Developers have left ForwardAI yet. As well, we specifically offer flexible work options, including remote work, to reduce the impact of micromanaging and give our team their independence. Micromanaging is simply not a top priority for our managers. That being said, we do expect everyone to stay accountable to their team. This includes being available for meetings and video calls throughout the workday, which we make clear in our interview process. If an employee does not attend meetings or accept video calls and does not complete their assigned work, we always follow a standard warning process and do our best to support them and give them a chance to improve. Finally, ForwardAI is a US company whose team members are geographically distributed in North America and India. The company, Hashchain, that you have reviewed has provided us with some support services, but overall, ForwardAI is a different company with different management. I'm sorry to hear about your experience with them, and we will review our relationship with that company and their procedures moving forward. Stay away even if they provide good salary

Toxic Environment You will ask three times a day what you done what you will do Then you will be tracked by hubstaff who will take the screenshots and measure your activity If you are a women at the time of pregnency they will make excuse and fire you They dont have vision going without any specific vision You will get mentel pressure to perform well. Than for some mistake they will judge your performance and make the excuse to fire you. Hire and Fire at its peak. They will give you only 15 days to fire Dont dont dont join.

Pros

- Upper management is easily approachable. - CTO is a great guy. - Appraisals provided are really good. - Most of the people are very friendly.

Cons

- You will not get to work on new technologies - Just angular and Node. - They do Micromanagement, for example - they track you in so many ways like Jira, Scrum, and Hubstaff among others, also you are required to log time on Jira for 7 hours and 30 minutes per day, you will be questioned even if you log 10 minutes less. - Office Timings are very rigid, no flexible timings allowed, you need to update on groups even if you are going on break for 5-10 minutes. - You will need to join the office by 9 AM SHARP, but most of the time it would be difficult to leave by 6 PM, in some cases leads call you after 5 PM to work on a task. - Management is so poor, salary gets delayed by 1 week late every month and they do not deduct TDS from the beginning of the financial year by the end of the FY you will get surprise when your half salary or so would be deducted. - They have changed the company name from HashChain Fintech LLP to ForwardAI by misinforming every existing employee, now employees are not sure about their experience on Hashchain as management is not clearing anything about it. - Once you have joined them, and then if you face any problem, it will not be entertained ever and they will always say like - we are improving every day, we are a young company, but change never gets reflected the same excuse since last 2 years. - Almost every day new rule gets added(Mostly by Scrum Master) which creates a working environment more tensed, if you are a developer life would be really really hard here. - No extra perks or benefits. - Almost every developer has left the organization at once due to the policies and work environment that they have created but they are not ready to change anything. - Notice period of 90 days is too long. - No onsite oppertunity.
