      Pros

      Great people. Nice environment. Good Flexibility. Everyone is hard working and willing to help. Good opportunity to get experience.

      Cons

      Company is still at early stage and might not be able to offer above average compensation. You need to learn a lot of things by yourself since team is small and not much guidance can be provided.

      good place to learn and work. people are pretty friendly and we can get access to many hand-on experience about portfolio optimization. Moreover, the team is pretty strong and getting more and more prefect.

      Cons

      Sometimes, senior management is too busy and don't have much time to communicate in time.
