1. Best salary system, gives good incentives, and provide best increment every year sharp on January.. 2. HR dept takes care of everybody no matter which position and level you belongs to. 3. Can work independently and discuss the problem with senior officials. 4. Provides training and seminars on regular basis. 5. A reputed name in the industry with very high quality of products. 6. Provides almost all kind of facilities and good work life balance even if you are in Sales Team. 7. Most of the employees in sales and marketing are either civil engineers or chemist. Most inmportantly Fosroc feels like home...Can't ask more than this
