Technicians, parts and sales employees are amazing people.

Cons

Cut pay at a moments notice, most unorganized dealership I have ever worked for, multiple come backs for same issues on vehicles, not about taking care of customers more about money, shady managers that will lie to your face, advisors that will steal appointments from other advisors, sexist, horrible health insurance
