      Underpaid and “asked to wear many hats”- Admin. Asst.

      Don’t have to clock in and out.

      Cons

      You will be asked “to wear many hats” as a ploy to get you to do the work of five jobs for the below average pay of the Administrative Assistant position. Was truly fulfilling the role of an Executive Assistant to the CEO, Office Coordinator, and Human Resources Assistant. When I was “promoted” to HR they never changed my title or paid me for the promotion. Steer clear. They’re cheap around the board with ALL positions, especially Accountants.

      Fast pace provides exposure to many projects and ample opportunity to learn Management is committed to employee's learning Responsible for large areas with a good deal of autonomy Most people are great to work with Although demanding, culture is relatively informal All Tulsa employees get offices Relatively flexible PTO availability Decent (6%) 401(k) match Above average education reimbursement

      Expectations are not always communicated on the front end Large areas of responsibility leads to feeling overworked High turnover has led to very few Senior level employees to learn from Management over promised and under delivered on compensation Low bonuses Almost insulting long term incentive plan, and no equity
