Pros

Remote work. (For now, CEO is pro office) Benefits like unlimited PTO. Tech supplies like computer, phone, monitors, keyboard, mouse are provided. Reimbursement for monthly expenses related to the company. Snacks and drinks available throughout the day for free at HQ.

Cons

Everyone at the top is secure even if they have proven themselves incompetent over and over. Like the other honest review said, everyone at the top, also know as, the inner circle, came from another company in the past and have been working together since the beginning of this "start up." There is no urge for diversity whether by gender or race. The engineering side of the business is predominantly all men. They have a massive HR team, which makes it easier to have mass layoffs like they just had AGAIN. Red flag if your business has barely reached 200 employees and you've had 2 mass layoffs. When you request a raise or promotion they'll just lay you off or ignore your request forcing you to eventually find a new job or quit even if you are one of the top workers there. They parade that they are "like a family" (red flag) but in the end "it's just business." Very unprofessional with how they handle sensitive information, for example, there was a tip on the mass layoff because someone casually mentioned getting rid of an entire team because they didn't see the use for them and it happened. It's all about politics and if you're not in the inner circle, you're just a "resource" to them. Don't bother telling them about issues like harassment you are having within a team either because they will just lay you off as well. I'm betting by next year they will have their 3rd consecutive annual layoff as well since majority of people are quitting and/or asking for raises. They also parade like everyone and everything is fine daily then close the office and lay people off. They also lay people off to hire new people and call it "reorganizing" even though people have been quitting weekly for no the now and they outsource their "resources" to save money. Also lead on people who need to work for a visa as well, would not recommend for non-citizen workers.

Pros

Decent TC, WLB, free snacks and merch

Cons

Get ready to worship Bitcoin around the clock because if you don't, you'll be handed a pink slip for sure. The management is as shady as it gets, team communication is non-existent, and most projects are nothing more than a waste of time. Nobody seems to have a clue about their goals, leading to a plethora of useless projects that only serve to label entire teams as worthless. If you're looking for job security, forget about it. Getting hired here is just a one-way ticket to a swift layoff, unless you happen to be one of the favorites, and it seems favorites here are predominantly male. The tech side is a total boys' club—women working twice as hard are dismissed and laid off, except, of course, if you're on the HR or Business team. The CEO's talk about diversity is nothing more than lip service, considering the lack of support for immigrants, who are left waiting indefinitely for paperwork. Let's be real; the only reason you've opened offices in India is to exploit cheap labor because you can't afford U.S. salaries. The company seems to be broke AF, yet somehow finds money for pointless merch, Bills games, and other frivolities. It's a circus, and not the entertaining kind.
