1. Flexiable working hour (canelled already) 2. Learn how to please the boss and client 3. Learn how to control your emotion, because you will easily get triggered by everyone

Cons

1. You cannot have lunch with other team member, because you will affect their working attiude (Are we in primary school?) 2. Control freak is everywhere 3. If they did something wong, they will blame it on you 4. No respect of desgin at all 5. They will give you a work at afternoon, and expect you to finish it in the same day (sometime <2 hour ) 6. After you finish the job, they will throw it away like a rubbish 7. Poor management (and zero skills) 8. No Project manager

Good atmosphere between developers; Generally good colleagues; Approachable bosses; Somewhat relaxed company culture: free snacks (but no beverages), flexi hours (may have been canceled), relaxed dress code, etc; Hands on experience with a good variety of projects; Accessible office location (if office in an industrial building is not a concern); Christmas Party;

Cons

Poor communication between the higher management; Unsuccessful attempts on poorly chosen management softwares that actually makes thing worse; Meetings after meetings; Over-time work multiple days a week; Poor office equipments, crowded working space; Unattractive compensation and little benefits; Little fulfillment on technical aspect.
