Excellent freedom and independence to express views and ideas. Good platform for new employees and excellent learning platform. Can make good friends. Initial salary ok, decent hikes.

Cons

Work never stops, not planned enough, always under pressure Poor infrastructure and cafeteria. Too un employee friendly rules and office timings. All out dated systems and severs, no laptops, mobiles, blackberries? Parking is also tremendous problem.
