      Everyone can work here, company accept any criminal record

      If You apply to a different department the manager gets mad and angry also all manager has total control they always make RH reject any applications to a different department

      I've learned a lot while on the job. My coworkers are great and I enjoy being part of a team.

      Cons

      They definitely love to Micro Manage the shop and some of the higher ups don't quite understand the work we do. But other than that it not too bad.
