Great place to learn and grow professionally in the field. There’s opportunity to move up, a growing/improving training program and an incredible space for collaboration. The agency has a startup mentality that allows everyone to pitch in, work together and run with ideas. The flexibility is also a huge plus, especially if you’re hoping to work remotely. The skills I learned at Fractl have been especially applicable at other jobs and people have reached out to me about my experience/skills from the agency. The team is extremely supportive and wants you to succeed - people are always happy to mentor you as well. Definitely, a great place to learn new skills and grow as a professional. Pay has also become more competitive over the years. Leadership has become so much more transparent over time. They view this company as a family and are always open to new ideas and available to talk.
Cons
At times different departments can be siloed, though the agency is making an effort to have the Digital PR and Creative teams work together from the beginning of the ideation process. As a growing company, there are often shifts in processes, so it requires workers to be adaptable during those periods. However, the training and guides offered during these times are really helpful.
