Business outlook
Pros
The benefits were great when I was there and there are opportunities to work very closely with the Product Owners who are working closely with the customers. Being able to get immediate feedback on your work and how it's helping people is really fantastic. There are also really fantastic engineers there who I'd love to work with again.
Cons
The treatment and salaries of employees is not consistent and the metrics used for measuring success as an employee are unclear/unstated. I was asked to take on large amounts of administrative and management tasks without clarity on weather I was being evaluated for those tasks or only for my engineering work. There's also very little room for salary or career growth.
