Pros

paid weekly. lunch on wednesdays.

Cons

Family run company. If you're not part of the family you'll never really know whats going on. Lots of secrets. People constantly coming and going. Tons of overtime during holidays. No bonus. Lots of favorites get special treatment by managers.

Growing pains

Pros

Tight knit work place where hard and fast rules are the exception not the rule. Senior management is understanding when it comes to extenuating circumstances.

Cons

Overall the largest problem at FrangranceNet is that it's a growing company that is still run as if it's a small shop. At some point senior management will have to realize that it's not feasible to have a say in every single minutiae about the product, especially when it relates to technical things that are beyond their comprehension.
