      Good learning experience

      Pros

      -If you want to learn about all the functioning of how logistics work, maybe this is the place you want to start your career. -Flexible with leaves. -There is scope of career growth.

      Cons

      -There are a few people who won't respect the views of their fellow colleagues and want to be the boss and give orders (which creates confusion and if something goes wrong, won't shy away from blaming others). -No benefits

      Not great for long term employment

      Pros

      -Some coworkers were friendly and easy to work with -Good for new graduates that need to get some experience on their resume -They'll train you on everything you need to know

      Cons

      -Lots of office politics -Not a very friendly management team, very cut throat -Wage and benefits were subpar -Overall workplace culture was not great. A lot of the long time employees didn't have good things to say about the owners or the management team. -It's family owned so there was a lot of nepotism
