      - Toxic boss and blame culture - Department is top heavy with old timers who will not change processes despite feedback - Incompetent managers who do not know how to lead, take responsibility and make decisions - Long hours and restrictions on when AL can be taken - High turnover not a concern to HR

      Good for people who want to waste their life away.

      Cons

      Very poor management, toxic HR environment and lacks integrity. The people and culture do not even interact with the HR team and only cares about managing upwards. The company across all departments inside out is in a mess. HR has got the highest attrition with constant mass resignation. Talent acquisition discriminates and speaks inappropriately. Thai family business tends to be very old school and not ready for current market.
