Pros

- Rewarding/Challenging technical work. - Sensible, modern development practices. - Reasonable planning (no unnecessary stress). - Good team of experienced developers. - Fast growing company with lots of opportunity. - No BS (office politics, negativity etc.)

Cons

- The office situation could be improved a bit. Desks are somehow too big and a bit cramped at the same time. Lack of storage for documents and stuff. It'd be nice to have more choice in computer hardware (e.g. laptop VS workstation).

- Work with some really smart, knowledgeable, supportive and kind people. - Many opportunities to take on big projects and learn a lot regardless of seniority - Pretty organised and process-driven for startup standards

Cons

- During my time with the company, there seemed to be favouritism and 'politics' involved in who got promotions and other special treatment. Getting any kind of title change or raise was an uphill battle unless you threatened to leave.

- technical product with a lot of technical people - love the atmosphere here - solid product which is live and actually being used in big companies - impressive what a smaller team is able to achieve - love the communication here: warm and welcoming

Cons

- the business team ( non technical jobs ) need to be ramped up - all tables should be height adjustable ( 1st world problem, i know )
