I love the people that I work with. I didn't know a single person at FreeTextbooks when I joined but now I consider all of them dear friends. The CEO is one of the most inspiring & authentic people I have ever met. I get to impact college students' lives daily. I have a lot of autonomy in my job, which is great for an entrepreneurially-minded person. We not only get unlimited time off but we also go on cool trips as a company. I can honestly say that I am a better person and know more about growing/ scaling a business because I have worked at FreeTextbooks.

Cons

Working remotely can be tough- only because I know that the headquarters (the Birmingham, AL office) is always having fun.
