Great company, great culture and great work. It's super fast-paced so a good fit for someone who thrives in that.

Cons

Freight is a stressful industry, but FreightPros does a great job creating a fun, laid-back company around this.

- Great team atmosphere with very caring and supportive coworkers - The culture is great - Management are very understanding and approachable - Excursion days out, free lunches, taco Friday’s, Beer, ping pong table what more could you want - They make a stressful industry (Freight) fun and exciting, I looked forward to coming to work every day - Great Pay, PTO, benefits and work life balance CEO is one of the most down to earth people, very approachable and actually cares about his employees. I left FreightPros because of health reasons and I would 100% recommended this company to be work for.

No Cons! This is a company once you leave you will miss and regret leaving in the first place

The team we have here is amazing. I've met some of my best friends through working at FreightPros. Coming to work is never a chore when you have an awesome team supporting you. Everyone is super chill and the work environment is incredibly supportive. Culture is awesome too. Depending on if goals are hit, the entire team gets monthly and quarterly excursions and perks. Monthly happy hours don't hurt either!

Cons

The freight industry can be extremely stressful and the people you talk to on the phone aren't always pleasant.
