None. There is nothing redeeming about working for them.

Cons

Major layoffs. The company had a PE acquisition and has since made constant changes. Every other week there is an all hands on deck call. These consist of travel bans, layoffs, and bonus structure changes. Leadership maintains what they call “transparency.” It’s anything but that. There is zero support for sales people. And there is nothing put in place to better understand their talent and how they can make them successful. In leaderships own words, “We hire fast and we fire fast.” If this isn’t telling about the state of the company I don’t know what is. This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for.

The corporate office is a nice place to work.

Cons

Army of "Sales Directors" who are glorified BDRs for leadership VPs to make all the money. You are part of a cold calling nightmare without tools or accurate activity tracking. 7+ Sales Directors turned over in 2025 at a minimum. You have a 12-month clock before you can be canned, and they take your leads. Inbound is non-existent unless you are a pet favorite of the CEO.

- Starting salaries are very aggressive and inline with market - CEO is very knowledgeable and has hired some great executives

Cons

- Titles do not represent your role or responsibilities - This is a short sell - Some teams do not communicate with others and there are huge gaps of leadership on a mid-level
