Pros
Coworkers are awesome. New offices and surroundings create a very nice work environment. Reasonable work level.
Cons
Women and minorities are non-existent in upper management. Very unfair top-weighted profit sharing program. Lack of flexibility for allowing remote workers. Company adds value of performance awards to employee's taxable income.
