Heavy workload Stressful at time Little room for advancement

IT managers don’t have a clue. Smart hard working people don’t get any credit. Ideas are stifled. They remind you at every meeting that they are your boss so be quiet and don’t present any good ideas. They don’t want your advice. Just want their bonus.

Not much room for advancement, not very much vacation time, pay is so-so not top of the market. Nice if you're top management, rest can come and go.
