- Friendly and supportive team - Small organization with a lot of opportunity to learn and grow - Great remote work culture (we work together through Discord and Notion) - Open workspace provides opportunity to network with all team members - Complete transparency (all team members can see all information)

- Small organization means sometimes wearing many hats and constant need to be proactive - Company is still growing so a lot of experimenting and adapting is necessary - Busy team means sometimes you don't get instant replies
