Not fully con's, just some insight; Open-ness sometimes leads to many voices at once, as everyone is treated with equal footing. Location of business is changing and unknown as the life of a startup, but there is an ability to work from home.

I don't see any cons but since is a startup and part of the team works remote, there could be things that maybe other people doesn't like -don't have the same communication as in person, in my opinion the company is managing very good this -travel to other countries -your work/tasks/priorities can change from one day to another
