Pros

The work culture is great, the HR team, does really a lot to make the lives of the employees comfortable at work. The founder and CEO is very down to earth, humble, truthful, inspirational and goal oriented.

Cons

Although I they do pay well. I wish they paid the higher end of competitors salaries, obviously that’s only wishful thinking and not really a con, especially with the amazing work life balance.

St Gallen is rich in culture but as a company we have to do better

Cons

Lack of Clarity in purpose, Incompetent Leadership, Investor influence destroyed culture from Seed level, at least from support side of things.
