Pros

I'm writing this positive feedback before consul merge 1. Good admosphere 2. Respect the ideas and work 3. Friendly environment with top management

Cons

After Merge consul team. 1. Useless top management ( No one related to drive and automation exprience) 2. Country sales head is waste fellow , only he want retain consul team employee not fuji india employee. 3. Service head is not having much knowledge in drive side. 4. Very bad enviroment 5. Lot of politics 6. not respect the employee ideas and work... 7. If you put ice bar to top managment head, you will get good promotion and increments ... especially your in consul team.. 8. Fuji japanese people sitting in india, not supporting the fuji electric india team members, consul people telling wrong things to japanese team, even fuji india japanese team also not investing properly ( Especially Mr. Ishizaka/Mr. Sugano)
