Pros
Pay is competitive, and the product is very advanced
Cons
Don’t be fooled by the wave of positive reviews posted recently. They don’t reflect the reality of working here. This was an extremely toxic environment. “Feedback” here is really just unconstructive criticism. Leadership says whatever comes to mind first, with no regard for facts, context, or their own bias, rather than putting in the work to communicate constructively. They call themselves a “bootstrapped company where you can own a lot and have an impact,” but the level of censorship rivals that of a large corporation. They preach “ship fast,” yet you’ll watch people argue devil’s advocate for hours over minor decisions before anything actually goes out. They advertise “the opportunity to provide feedback and change the culture,” but the culture is entirely controlled by a small leadership team with little to no relevant experience outside this company. As a new hire, you have no real ability to influence a culture that’s this deeply entrenched at the top. To succeed here, you need to: Have no spine Have no confidence Be desperate for the job
