Not clearing dues after leaving the compony

There could be no pros if you don't get your salary

Cons

They won't pay salary on time. And when you resign, they will won't clear your dues even after contacting them several times. Nobody is there to listen.

Pros

Seem to buy struggling companies with good products at dirt cheap prices and the promises of only settling their dues, so they have good business acumen apparently.

Cons

Company acquired my employer - Authorgen Technologies in India, and hasn't yet cleared my dues in cohorts with them. This is after a complaint in the Labour Court so it does not seem like they respect the law of the land either. It has been almost 2 years. Do not join them, they do not seem to have any ethics in place.
