It is a very large company, that are privately owned. So the infrastructure of the larger corporate entity has a lot to help out owners.

Cons

This job has been hands down the worst job I have ever had. The owners are incompetent and abrasive. Racial slurs and Discriminatory remarks are heard constantly about the customers. The overall atmosphere is toxic. The owner will micromanage everything and then destroy product and blame everyone else.

As a creative I enjoy making things.... I got to make lots of stuff here. all by myself. Don't forget all of the possibilities of going nowhere.

Cons

I left a good position to work this job. I have never seen so many people quit walk out due to frustration with the owners. 0 long term employees here. Not a single person. It's a revolving door. The owners are not trained properly, no design skills, No marketing skills... Just counting money skills. The bosses demand too much, they will never pay you what you deserve. What are you are promised is growth.. You receive the exact opposite. Just do do do and wait for your $0.25 raise. Bull crap company. Bull crap business model.
