FundCount has an employee rating of 3.8 out of 5 stars, based on 18 company reviews on Glassdoor which indicates that most employees have a good working experience there. The FundCount employee rating is in line with the average (within 1 standard deviation) for employers within the Information Technology industry (3.9 stars).
1) FundCount provides a lot of flexibility due to remote work. This flexibility helps in maintaining a good work-life balance. Benefits such as Paid-Time off also help in maintaining employee well-being and satisfaction. The company treats employees as assets.
2) Great multicultural people to work with. Coworkers are helpful. A lot of knowledge sharing happens across departments. I work in the Tech writing team and I communicate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Data Migration specialists. Such communication helps in gaining expertise and knowledge in the Fintech domain.
3) Management is very supportive and approachable. Team leads and bosses in the company always help in case of any queries. A lot of freedom is provided and there is no micro-management (Great bosses — Vitaly, Gavin, and Petr)
4) I started as a Techwriter in the company but have acquired new skills such as SME, Leadership, and soft skills. I also gained knowledge about the PE, Hedge Funds, and FO industry. So FundCount provides a great platform for employees to grow.
Cons
If you are a new employee, it could take some time to learn workflows, processes, and writing style guides. However, if you are a quick learner, you won't face this issue.
