Remote position. Great people, cool swag, and hard working people!

Cons

Lots of people leave, overt issues (sexism, tokenism) with leadership -- we had several executives leave in short period of time. Not diverse due. Favortism and leaders who don't know how to lead a business. The C-Suite only cares about themselves with lots of lip service and in-fighting. Pay inequities across the organization.

Lack of clarity Everything you learn you learn from Notion or articles I have found the majority of people to NOT be helpful and you feel like you’re bothering people when you do ask for help. Culture is not there Lack of vision and goals within departments The CEO seems to care but I don’t think his message is translating correctly all the way down. More diversity please especially in leadership.

Pros

In the beginning, I had nothing but positive things to say about this company but now that’s all down the drain. Unlimited PTO is a + but when you have so much work you feel guilty taking any. Great benefits though!

Cons

High pressure, stressful, upper management can be fake nice, work/life balance is terrible.
