      Pros

      I have been with Future Directions for nearly 12 months and during this time I admire how teams work together and are very compassionate about what they do whatever the role they have. People who work at FD definitely live out the values and also demonstrate family values. Proud to work for FD.

      Pros

      In the short time I have been here I have been made to feel like one of the team, the people are true to the organisations values and I'm very much looking forward to my future here.

      Cons

      I can honestly say I have yet to find one, unless you take into account cakes that appear on a Friday and the effect they have on your health eating habits.

      Company has great ideas and strives to achieve this , need more staff , to help achieve great things ahead . recruitment is at the forefront , this is being achieved.
