Not a good company for Engineers. It is a good company for fresh Industrial Designers, if they get a good project.

Cons

Engineers try to avoid this company. The website might attract you, but the team is not technically sound. The work is not much into engineering. Its more into aesthetics of the product. Many freshers & experienced engineers have joined & left the company in 6 months period.

lacks empathy, we research about consumers but ourselves dragged to lowest. worst culture and no change in policies since 2.5 years. i learnt for few months initially but now feels like i should have quit earlier and had not wasted much time on non-existent projects. lacks innovation in real sense, just want to put smiles on client's face. boring! boring! damn boring! employees are like products to them, i have lost my value for my own terms. worst top management. oh! did i miss PROS*

Only work no life, No company policies, very low compensation as opposed to 7-day 17 hour working.
