Not enough manpower to cover all bases, for a future driven company the software in use is archaic & little to no training

I had 2 interviews. Both seemed very rushed and un polished. There was not allotted time given for candidates to ask questions. Both interviews were 30 minutes of their interview... they did not schedule extra time and Both had meetings lined up immediately after my interview. At the end of Both I was told the job was already narrowed to an individual but they were still looking at interviewing more candidates. Compensation and benefits was never brought up.
