Underpaid and overworked

Cons
My experience at FuzzYard was less than ideal. The absence of organized processes, undefined job roles, and HR procedures created a challenging work environment. In spite of aspirations for a positive workplace culture, attempts to contribute were discouraged. Despite being a global entity, the company maintained a small-business mindset. The communication between the general manager and CEO was subpar, and their working methods seemed outdated. The CEO exhibited resistance to innovative ideas, favoring adherence to established practices. The pay was far below expectations, and there was a tendency to treat everyone as if they were juniors to pay them less. Perks? Apart from the discount on products, you might get a Coles mudcake on your birthday, and if you're lucky, maybe Domino's pizza for lunch. Also, despite the claim of a dog-friendly office, there was a clear absence of support for bringing dogs in. If allowed, it had to be scheduled on a roster to ensure there weren't multiple dogs present simultaneously. Good luck to anyone considering working here. If you want to be undervalued and overworked, go for it!
