Team culture is great, high vibration and high energy ICs who care about the work. Benefits (health insurance, unlimited pto, paid holidays, etc) are really good Role is remote, if youre a capable individual you will be able to execute with little difficulty in your role Automatic (annual) Pay increases based on merit / continued performance
Cons
Role is very prone to burnout, Its a high volume workload job, High performers are severly undervalued and some suddenly terminated, List of responsibilities never seems to end despite having a finite job description, Low base pay / annual salary Growth is limited
