      Was pretty good, but then it sold to RealPage

      - Summer Fridays were nice; although, for hourly employees, leaving early on Fridays meant working longer days the rest of the week - Beer and kombucha on tap in the office - Cool people

      Cons

      - G5 was sold to RealPage and many people left or were let go - Pay has always been an issue (people call it the "Bend tax" - you get to live in this beautiful place, so don't expect big-city wages), and RealPage is even less flexible when it comes to paying people what they're worth - All the HR and IT headaches that come with working for a large company based in a different state (think getting an email with a website link to some tax info a month after tax day, with no heads up. Also, don't buy the stock - zero communication on that)
