      superficially nice, but true mean

      flexible working environment, big desks

      Cons

      unsatisfactory salary, managers don't care about lower level engineers and everyone is replaceable, higher level engineers are eager to leave for better salary and projects, generally lack of guidance.

      Nice office setting; Great learning experience for junior engineers; Above average benefit; A lot of smart people you can turn to, when you have a technical question.

      Lay off people without any notice when the economic turns bad; Lack of communication between the junior lever engineer with the managers.

      Working here, you feel your life is so packed.

      Cons

      Pay little. Young engineers cannot lear too much from never-ending and repeating stupid work. Try other companies. If you made a mistake, finish it asap.
