Good co workers that work in a cohesive manner on assigned sites. Training availability. Flexible with scheduling.

Cons

Inconsistent and contradictory policies: A Hands off agency that prohibits restraints on children, yet there is mandatory safety care training-teaching restraints that staff are prohibited to use in schools. Makes no sense at all.
