The people I worked with are great, the guy in charge was not someone I would work for again. I value integrity.

Pros
The people delivering the training are great. The deliver is innovative. A real sense of team work at the grass roots level.
Cons
Lack of integrity in the leadership. Prepared to sacrifice individuals needlessly. Lots of unhappy staff trying hard to focus on great outcomes for learners.

Pros
Good kids, some nice people. But bullying is rising and admin is doing nothing.
Cons
Because the classes are only one semester long, it's really important to get it right. But too many admin and teachers are very old fashioned and teach in old-school ways. Too many planning meetings listening to these people talk about nonsense. Some admin play favorites.
